Can dogs have a small amount of decaffinated coffee in there cookies?

Caffeen are so bad for dogs, but my dog loves the smell of coffee?. Go nuts when I come home with a cup of Dunkin! I was wondering if it were a problem if some Specimen its pure dog biscuits through a cup or what? Coffee? decaffinated instead of water? I guess that the amount the General cup of coffee? decaffinated would scinto between 40 – 50 biscuits. Thank you!

It depends on the process used to decaffinate the coffee… Some proceses use water; other processes use chemicals (which can give humans sensitive to it headaches, stomach aches, and other discomforts.)

Be careful what you use in the cookies… The type of flour is important; don’t use honey (it can contain bacteria dogs can’t digest), etc. Find dog-safe recipes on-line before cooking up anything for your pooch.

I can’t see how it would harm, other than increasing her likely hood of stealing your coffee..
